Anita Pemberton
Managing Director
Anita Pemberton is ACP’s Founding Director, establishing the business in 2005. A learning and development consultant with extensive commercial experience and over 20 years in the field of learning and development, Anita is a sought after facilitator and coach. She brings a dynamism and enthusiasm to her workshops, and her pragmatic and engaging style makes her a big hit with clients who want to see programmes having an immediate impact.
Robin Hendy
Associate Consultant
A highly experienced coach and facilitator, Robin quickly wins the trust and confidence of the teams and individuals he works. His greatest strength is his ability to understand and communicate with people at all levels. Robin regularly works with senior management teams, both here in the UK and overseas, in industries and businesses as diverse as banking, pharmaceuticals, local authorities and manufacturing. He is also a member of the Institute of Business Consulting.
Steve Robinson
Associate Consultant
An experienced business leader with over 25 years in industry, Steve brings drive and focus together with a powerful mix of practical tools that enable individuals and teams to accelerate their performance. He also facilitates on behalf of several sporting organisations in the UK. As well as some great stories, Steve brings an energising and results focused attitude with high standards and a person centred commitment.
Sukhi Vella
Associate Consultant
Sukhi has over 20 years of corporate learning and development experience, delivering a wide range of solutions for leadership, management, culture change, and talent management. Sukhi creates a relaxed and informal learning environment, engaging groups in stimulating debates that can challenge thinking and shift mindsets for lasting behavioural change. Sukhi is the lead consultant for our tailored Diversity & Inclusion programmes.
Mark Latteman
Associate Consultant
Mark is a commercially-focused learning and development professional with extensive experience in talent, OD, and HR. Mark has built a solid reputation of delivering engaging programmes that engage participants both intellectually and socially. A highly credible facilitator and executive coach, Mark’s areas of specialism include leadership and management development, performance management, coaching and mentoring, wellbeing and culture change.
Helena Sharpstone
Associate Consultant
An engaging facilitator and coach, Helena regularly works with leaders and teams to improve their personal impact and presence. A learning and development specialist, writer, mentor, and conference speaker, Helena brings a background in commercial selling and experience as a Head of Training at Help the Aged. Her expertise includes leading teams, personal effectiveness, and communication with impact.
Emma Shelton-Smith
Associate Consultant
An established executive coach and facilitator with over 20 years in the marketing communications industry, Emma supports leaders at all levels through a powerful blend of coaching, mentoring, training and facilitation. Emma regularly works with a portfolio of clients ranging from networked and independent agencies, to fintech, SaaS and start-ups. She supports talent development at all levels and is a founding member of the Direct and Digital Marketing Association (DMA) Talent Committee.
Mike Jones
Associate Consultant
With over 23 years of experience in people development, Mike offers a powerful mix of learning strategies to help individuals, teams, and organizations achieve more. He has worked with renowned clients like Google, Prêt a Manger, and Ernst & Young. An energetic quick thinker, Mike stimulates action and interaction from any group he works with. Equally at home with an audience of five or five hundred, Mike is a popular facilitator and keynote speaker.

Louise Crowley
Associate Consultant
An executive communication coach with over fifteen years’ experience, Louise provides one-to-one coaching, group workshops and keynotes on presence, presentation skills and personal brand. She has coached over 200 board-level directors in a range of industries including pharma, law, banking & technology, and worked on leadership development programs across the globe. She has also worked with professional speakers and broadcast journalists at the BBC and Bloomberg.
Lynne-Marie Howden

Lynne-Marie’s mission is to help leaders make wise decisions, do the right things and bring people with them. A highly experienced business consultant and executive coach with over twenty years’ experience with a global learning and development organisation, Lynne-Marie has held senior roles in sales, marketing, consulting and solution design, giving her both breadth and depth in the art and science of developing human potential and talent.
