ACP facilitated various Insights Discovery team away days within Sky and was asked to provide facilitation for peer to peer action learning sets for different leadership groups within the Home Service & Supply division.

ACP was awarded the opportunity to design and deliver a highly practical leadership development solution for Crawley Borough Councill, one which focused on equipping their third tier middle managers to lead and manage teams and services through times of radical change and business transformation.

Puig invited ACP to provide the leadership development component for several of their high-profile talent programmes.
