A practical and pragmatic HR practitioner and trainer, Jill brings extensive operational experience and will work alongside management and executive teams to help them solve their most complex people puzzles. 
Jill Goodwin, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, is a qualified HR professional with over fourteen years experience working in human resource management.  As a generalist Jill gained a significant amount of her HR experience working within the leading global law firm, Clifford Chance. Her knowledge since then has been built upon by working mostly at board level within large and small organisations that require specialist human resource assistance.  As well as having the ability to aide organisations across a broad HR spectrum Jill also plays a vital strategic role.

She is a qualified teacher and lecturer working at colleges and universities delivering courses specialising in management and personnel studies. This training has played a significant part in developing her as a trainer, compiling and delivering tailor made material across wide-ranging business entities.  

Her portfolio includes the ability to diversify the skills she has to suite the needs of organisations and the people issues that arise.  A vast knowledge in employment law, best practice and up to date procedures means that she is able to coach, mentor and advise on all things to do with human resource management.
